Coming from the Telecommunications industry, the founders of FeatureTel realized that one day - when the time was right - IP Telephony would change everything. Early in 2003, we found that the time had come. With the technology in its fourth generation of development, it is no longer a 'cutting edge' test. It is reliable, solid, and ready to deliver on the promises of making communication easier and less costly.
Our people have experience on both sides of the wire - being responsible for purchasing and maintaining telephone systems and service, and selling and recommending telephone systems and service - we know that service is the key to our relationships. Local Infrastructure
FeatureTel owns all of its call processing and data infrastructure, and it is all located in a data center that is right here in Research Triangle Park - with Points of Presence in Charlotte and Greensboro. Unlike other, nationally-focused VoIP providers, FeatureTel chooses to provide service to local companies based in North Carolina. This allows us to provide service to a focused area, giving our customers the attention they deserve to make sure their service is working the way they want.
