FeatureTel Disaster Recovery in Action for the Graham County Sheriff's Office

When fire destroyed the Graham County Sheriff's Office on May 19, the North Carolina Sheriff's Association (NCSA) knew just what to do to help.
Among other actions, the NCSA called FeatureTel. NCSA is a FeatureTel client and well-aware of the benefits of the VoIP service. The next morning, the NCSA delivered 18 VoIP phones provided by FeatureTel to the new Graham County Sheriff's Office, and FeatureTel began the process of installing phone service (911 service was never interrupted). By Friday morning, the office was open for business sharing space with a local Bank.
