Have you ever wanted to know when your colleague plays your voice mail message?
By setting the 'Request Return Receipt' function when you leave a message you can receive an automatic return voicemail message letting you know that your voicemail has been received. If you have Unified Messaging turned on, you will also receive an e-mail letting you know the time and date when the voicemail was played.
Here's how:

Leave a voicemail message for your colleague

Don't hang up - press # for the message menu

Press 4 to 'Set Message Options'

Press 3 to 'Request a Return Receipt' and hang up
When your message is played, the system will send you a voicemail receipt notification, letting you know your message has been played.

Monday, July 5th is a Federal Holiday - would you like to make a change to your call routing for that day?
Just give us a call or drop us an e-mail and we'd be happy to make any changes to your call routing for the day. Our system also allows for automatic holiday routing.
As a standard 'Best Practice', many of our clients insert a brief holiday schedule reminder so their callers know what to expect for staff availability.
