Call History - just press the 'directories' button on your phone

You can view 1) Missed calls; 2) Received calls; and 3) Placed calls - and dial the number with the press of a button.
- Press the hard-coded 'directories' button on the right side of your phone (imprinted with the 'book' icon)
- Choose the type of call you'd like to see (Missed, Received, or Placed)
- Scroll up or down the list to highlight the call of your choice
- the bottom of the screen will show the time and date of the call
- If you want: press the 'Dial' softkey to dial the number
You can clear the history of all calls by pressing the 'Clear' softkey

| Broadcast Paging - paging through the handsets |
This feature allows users to dial a number and page other users. Those who have intercom capable IP phones will hear the page through the speaker while other users will be rung and will receive the page as a regular phone call. Paging will be sent to any users within the same Broadcast Paging group.
Required information for setup:
- List of User Names to be in the Broadcast Paging Group
- List of Users who have permission to initiate Pages to this Group
We will program the group for you and give you the extension number to initiate the page.
