Broadcast Paging - Paging through the Handsets
This feature allows users to dial a number and page other users. Those who have intercom capable IP phones will hear the page through the speaker while other users will be rung and will receive the page as a regular phone call. Paging will be sent to any users within the same Broadcast Paging group.

Automatic Draft Billpay
As a reminder: You can pay your monthly FeatureTel invoices automatically by ACH Automatic Draft.
 
If you would like to pay your FeatureTel invoice automatically each month, please contact Jennifer Gunter (jennifer@featuretel.com) for the ACH Authorization form.
 
You will still receive copies of your invoice for your records, but they will already be paid - saving a stamp and a check!

Feature Spotlight: Per-Call CallerID Block
Ever want to make a call and have your outbound Caller ID Name and Number blocked?
 
By default, your system is configured to display the specific number of the telephone you are calling from along with your Business Name when you make an outbound call. Another option is to have your phone configured to display the Main Number for your company.
 
If you want to block the outbound Caller ID name and number for a particular call you are making, just dial *67 before 9 and the number when you dial. This is not a permanent setting and will only block your Caller ID for that single call.
