A topic more timely today than ever:
Because you use FeatureTel for your office phone service, calls are automatically answered by your automated attendant or voicemail even if there are power problems or other service outages at your office.
You can even set a custom 'out of service' destination to route callers to a cell phone or other telephone number automatically if the system is not able to route calls to your desk phone.

FeatureTel Automated Telephone Survey - Available for Your Business

Have you considered surveying your callers after they finish a service call to your organization? Normally, this would require you to purchase an expensive server to process the interactive voice response application. With FeatureTel, we can program this inexpensively for you on your existing service.
For example: A caller phones your service team and has some questions and an issue they would like resolved. Your employee then completes the call and says: "If you would like, please hang on and take the short survey after our call" - then the caller hears: "To improve our service to you, please rate your experience of the service you just received... On a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being poor and 5 being excellent, please press the number that matches your satisfaction of our service today..."
You could ask as many questions as you like, but it would be best to keep it short.
FeatureTel will provide the survey results in a report for you to analyze.
