- Stuck at Home Unexpectedly due to Icy Weather?
- With Web Portal, you can forward your phone remotely:
- Log in to your Web Portal account (http://wp.featuretel.com)
- Click on the 'Call Management' Tab
- Click on the 'Call Treatment' Sub-Tab
- Click the 'Edit' icon in the Functions column in the 'Default Forwarding' row.
- Choose 'Forward to Number' in the 'Default Action' drop-down box.
- Enter the number to which you would like your incoming calls to forward.
- Click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page.
- Test it out! (be sure to make the test call using a different phone than the one you have forwarded to - the system will give you a busy signal if you call from the same number)

Scheduled System Maintenance - Saturday February 7th - 12AM to 4AM
|

As you may know, your FeatureTel service includes free system maintenance and upgrades. We perform this maintenance in the wee hours of the morning, during our standard maintenance windows.
We will be performing such maintenance next weekend. In the early morning hours of Saturday February 7th, the anticipated effects on your phones should be two periods of 'rebooting' during the scheduled maintenance time.
You should not notice much else. Be sure to contact FeatureTel Support if you have any questions or need service.

Michael Rossini is a BICSI Certified Technician who has also completed the Cisco CCNA Academy and training. Michael brings additional 'best of both worlds' experience to FeatureTel - having worked in the traditional telecom arena while being trained in the data world.
