How to review your call history
There are two ways to review your call history to see a list of calls missed, received, or placed.
- On your Phone
- Press the 'directories' button
- Press 1 for Missed Calls
- Press 2 for Received Calls
- Press 3 for Placed Calls
- Press the 'directories' button
- In your Web Portal
- Log in to the Web Portal (wp.featuretel.com)
- Click the 'Call Management' tab
- Click the 'Logs' sub-tab
- From this view, you can see the last 100 or so calls and how they were handled (missed, received, placed, missed and went to voicemail, missed and went to Find-me/Follow-me, etc)
- You can download the list to a CSV file
- You can even dial a number by clicking on it
