FeatureTel hires chief customer advocate to serve VoIP clients

APEX, N.C. (September 9, 2010) – FeatureTel, offering hosted VoIP business telephone and data service over private networks, recently expanded its team with the addition of Melissa Smith as customer service representative.
In her new role, Smith will take point for all client support calls and e-mails, as well as for ongoing account management. Technical engineers will continue to staff the front line for all technical concerns.

Possessing an in-depth knowledge and understanding of numerous software packages and operating systems, Smith is an experienced help desk technician. She is scheduled to graduate in December 2010 from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C., with a degree in Business and Information Technology.
