Password Protection (pretty please)

 

However nicely you have to ask your users to practice good password practices...
As with any electronic account, Voicemail and Web Portal passwords are critical for safeguarding private information and for preventing toll fraud which can be expensive.
Please remember to use passwords that are not subsets of your phone number - and change them regularly.
To change your Voicemail password:
  1. Press the 'messages' button on your phone
  2. Choose option 3 to change your password
To change your Web Portal password:
  1. Log in to your Web Portal
  2. Click on the 'Options' tab - then the 'Password' subtab
  3. Follow the instructions on the page.
