Web Portal - Web-based control of your Phone

Control your phone from anywhere!
With the FeatureTel Web Portal, you can log into your phone's controls to access a number of features:
- Directories of calls (in, out, missed)
- 'Visual' Voicemail - see your voicemail messages on-screen
- Call Management
- Find-me/Follow-me
- Call Treatment / Conditional Call Routing
- Speed Dials
- Call Jump
- Meet-me Conferencing Controls

For example:
Voice Mail
- Unified Messaging Controls - You can now turn on Unified Messaging and control the e-mail address to send your voicemail.
- Message Order - You can control the message playback order. Choose FIFO (First-In-First-Out) or LIFO (Last-In-First-Out) or Listen to Priority messages first.
- To enable or configure these options, login to the Web Portal (http://wp.featuretel.com) (feature activation required) - Under the Voicemail Menu, click on the Options Tab to view or change the Unified Messaging and Message Order settings.
Call Management
- Icons show the result of each phone call - for example, if the call was completed or if it went to voicemail. You can even see if the caller chose the Find/Me-Follow/Me option.
- Call History Logs can be exported to a CSV file and viewed or stored in a spreadsheet.
Also, while at your desk, Voice Assistant displays incoming calls on-screen and lets you make calls, pickup ringing calls, put calls on hold, send ringing calls straight to voicemail, turn Do-Not-Disturb on or off:
