As with any electronic account, your phone, voicemail, and Web Portal all have password protection. Not only does this safeguard you from others accessing your voicemail, but also from using other features in your Web Portal or call control.
Please remember to change your passwords on a regular basis.
To change your voicemail password:
- Press the messages button your phone
- Press 3 to change your password
To change your Web Portal password:
- Login to the Web Portal
- click on the Options tab - then the Password subtab
- follow the instructions on the page
