Call Waiting/ID Manager
While already on a phone call, this feature allows the user to handle a second incoming call without interrupting the first call. The user has four options:
- Put the first call on hold and answer the new incoming call (just by pressing the Answer softkey);
- Press 1 to immediately send the call to the user’s voice mail;
- Press 2 to send a "Please Hold" announcement to the incoming caller;
- The incoming call gets placed on hold automatically.
- Press 3 to send a "Call Me Back" announcement to the incoming caller
- The incoming call gets terminated after the announcement is played.

Scheduled Maintenance - Keeping Your Service Running Smoothly

Routine Maintenance Scheduled for May 2, 2008 at 12:00AM
FeatureTel will be performing routine maintenance including a minor system software upgrade in the early morning hours of Friday May 2nd.
The Service will be minimally affected and will involve 2 brief rebooting cycles of the telephone handsets after midnight.
No interruption in Internet access is anticipated.
